Tommy's expertise was honed during a nearly 14-year tenure at ZO Skin Health, Inc., where he worked closely with the renowned Dr. Zein Obagi since 2006. In various executive roles, including Executive Director of Retail Experience, Retail Innovation, and Visual Branding, he was the creative force behind the iconic ZO Skin Health and ZO Skin Centre brands. His design influence is evident in the brand's distinctive identity, comprehensive packaging, and the architectural design of the company's headquarters, showroom, training facilities, and the flagship ZO Skin Centre in Newport Beach, CA. Recognizing the importance of a seamless customer journey, he has also consulted with over 200 medical aesthetic businesses across the US, providing expert guidance on integrating retail into medical services. His most recent project was the redesign and launch of NOON Aesthetic's rebranding.
