Cindy Keyes is a seasoned veteran of the skincare industry with a career trajectory that spans from retail countertops to corporate boardrooms. Her journey began behind the cosmetic counter at Clinique, where she developed a foundational understanding of customer needs and product expertise that would shape her approach to sales leadership for decades to come.

At L'Oréal's Active Cosmetics Division, Cindy progressed through increasingly strategic roles, working in the field as an Area Sales Manager, Regional Manager, and National Account Manager. During this time, she cultivated key retail partnerships with major accounts including Rite Aid and Ulta, honing her ability to navigate complex retail landscapes and drive revenue growth across diverse markets.

Cindy then spent nearly a decade at ZO Skin Health, where she transitioned to the corporate side and made her most significant organizational impact. Leading sales operations, inside sales, and customer service teams, she architected the foundational tools and processes that became instrumental in accelerating overall revenue and scaling the business. Her strategic approach to operations management helped position ZO Skin Health for sustained growth in the competitive medical-grade skincare market.

Known for her highly analytical mindset, Cindy excels at identifying key opportunities and assessing risks before they impact business outcomes. This data-driven approach, combined with her extensive field experience, allows her to develop strategies that are both ambitious and executable.

Justin is a competitive, results-driven sales executive with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing medical aesthetics sales teams. His career is defined by a unique combination of recruiting acumen, strategic leadership, and an unrelenting drive to win in competitive markets.

Before entering medical sales, Justin established himself as a top-producing recruiter at a national recruiting firm, specializing in IT professionals, W2 placements, and temp-to-hire consultants. This experience sharpened his ability to identify talent, assess potential, and build relationships—skills that would become invaluable assets throughout his sales leadership career.

In 2008, Justin relocated to Dallas, Texas, to join the burgeoning medical aesthetics industry as an inside sales representative. What began as an entry-level position evolved into a 15+ year career, culminating in his role as Director of Sales, where he mastered every facet of the business.

Before co-founding MATRX Collective, Justin held senior leadership positions at several innovative medical aesthetics companies, including VP of Sales at DermaPrimis and Director of Sales roles at WiQo USA, Plasma Concepts/Love Beauty Pro, and Eclipse Aesthetics. Across these organizations, he was instrumental in launching more than 20 new products, gaining comprehensive experience across a diverse range of medical device specialties, including surgical and non-surgical capital equipment, operating room devices and supplies, medical skincare, biologics, and regenerative medicine.

Justin is especially adept at launching new technologies in startup and small-company environments, where agility, resourcefulness, and an "all hands on deck" mentality are essential. His ability to recruit and develop elite sales teams, combined with his deep product knowledge across multiple medical specialties, makes him uniquely equipped to drive commercial success for emerging technologies in competitive markets.

A fifth-generation Texan, Justin resides in Texas with his wife Elizabeth and their three children. Outside of work, the family is deeply involved in their church community and enjoys volunteering together. They share a passion for Cub Scouts activities and practice Taekwondo as a family, reflecting Justin's commitment to discipline, continuous improvement, and leadership development.

Justin is an Eagle Scout—the highest achievement in Scouting—and holds a Black Belt in martial arts, credentials that speak to his dedication, perseverance, and mastery mindset both professionally and personally.
