
Jackie is a seasoned Strategic Events Leader with over a decade of experience producing high-impact conferences, tradeshows, and branded events across global aesthetic markets. Known for her ability to translate business objectives into immersive, engaging experiences, she brings deep expertise in event strategy, project management, vendor negotiation, sponsorship optimization, and cross-functional leadership.
Jackie currently partners with organizations to design and execute impactful event programs, from intimate leadership summits to large-scale international tradeshows. She advises clients on strategic event planning, experiential marketing initiatives, budget management, and vendor operations, ensuring each program is executed on time, on brand, and with measurable impact.
Previously, she served as the Events Director for ZO® Skin Health, where she led the planning and execution of events ranging from 15 to 10,000 attendees. She managed the department’s multi-million dollar budget, optimized event processes to improve scalability, and delivered programs that supported growth and brand visibility.
Jackie began her career in sales and marketing at L’Oréal USA and Ulta Beauty, gaining firsthand insight into brand storytelling, product launches, visual merchandising, and customer engagement. Driven by a passion for travel, creativity, and community-building, she is committed to producing events that inspire and leave a lasting impression.
